CANNABIS CARES PROGRAM
SkunkMasters partners with local restaurants and bars by providing Uber Loyalty Cards to help those intoxicated stay off the road - to help reduce drinking and driving in Ventura County.
- What happens when you get a DUI in Ventura county?
- Informal probation (between three and five years)
- Incarceration (up to six months in a county jail)
- Fines (ranging from $390 to $1,000)
- Alcohol/Drug Education Program (three months)
- Driver's License Suspension (up to six months)
