Available Positions
Budtender / Receptionist
Welcome guests warmly, verify IDs, and assist with check-in to ensure a smooth start to their visit. Share expert knowledge about cannabis products and help customers select items that best fit their needs. Accurately and efficiently handle point-of-sale transactions while ensuring adherence to all state and local cannabis laws and guidelines. Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace, and collaborate with team members to provide a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
Delivery Driver
As a Delivery Driver in the cannabis industry, you are the final and essential connection between our dispensary and our customers, ensuring they receive their orders promptly and professionally. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy being on the road, delivering excellent service, and upholding compliance in a regulated industry. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of cannabis products to customers while adhering to all state and local regulations. Provide excellent customer service during handoffs, verify customer IDs at delivery, and maintain accurate delivery logs. Safely transport products while upholding proper security protocols. Communicate effectively with the dispensary team to coordinate routes, resolve issues, and ensure smooth operations. Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the delivery vehicle and represent the dispensary’s professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction.
The Lounge Associate
We are seeking candidates with 2 or more years of serving experience (preferred) who are 21 or older. Cannabis knowledge is a plus but not required. Applicants should have excellent communication, hospitality, interpersonal, and math skills. Being skilled at table service is required, along with the ability to lift up to 35 pounds and work in a fast-paced, on-your-feet environment.
Job Requirements
- 21+ years of age
- Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
- Clean driving record (for delivery drivers)
- Customer service experience (preferred)
- Familiarity with cannabis products, regulations, and compliance (preferred).
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions or inventory.
- Comfortable with technology, including POS systems or delivery apps.
