Who is SkunkMasters?
We are a local family owned and operated business and proud to be part of our community. We began as compliance consultants in the cannabis industry in 2009, we began operating Skunkmasters delivery service in 2015 and we were the first retail cannabis dispensary license approved by the City of Port Hueneme in 2018, and the sixth license issued by the state of California.
Every one of our team members is a local resident and committed to our core values and high standard of service within their own community.
How do you give back?
Customer support has allowed us to make substantial contributions to the community to over a dozen local organizations which include our donation of 100 beds to the Oxnard Homeless Shelter, the Boys and Girls Cub, the local REACH program to name a few. Our commitment goes far beyond cannabis it’s about community.
What's Next?
We will be expanding into a much larger, state-of-the-art facility in Port Hueneme in the spring of 2023 which will allow us to further expand our commitment to our customers and the needs of the community. The Skunk Lounge is currently OPEN. Visit us for A Higher Experience!

The Last Prisoner Project was founded in 2019 out of the belief that no one should remain incarcerated for cannabis offenses. We brought together a team of cannabis industry leaders, criminal and social justice advocates, policy and education experts, and leaders in social justice and drug policy reform to work to end this fundamental injustice. We are committed to freeing every last prisoner of the unjust war on drugs, starting with the estimated 40,000 individuals imprisoned for cannabis.
SkunkMasters participates in Roll It Up For Justice Program, a nationwide campaign encouraging cannabis business to give customers the opportunity to donate to Last Prisoner Project at check out. Small change can make a big impact, and every cent raised through the program gets us closer to the day when every last cannabis prisoner is set free.
Anyone fortunate enough to be profiting off of this industry has a moral obligation to give back to those still suffering due to the devastating effects of prohibition. All proceeds from the Roll It Up For Justice Program go directly back towards our clemency initiative which works to release cannabis prisoners and helping them to rebuild their lives post-incarceration.
Mission
As the United States moves away from the criminalization of cannabis, giving rise to a major new industry, there remains the fundamental injustice inflicted upon those who have suffered criminal convictions and the consequences of those convictions. At the Last Prisoner Project we utilize a three-pronged approach to securing FULL freedom for the communities we serve. Through intervention, advocacy, and awareness campaigns the Last Prisoner Project works to redress the past and continuing harms of these unjust laws and policies.
Our reentry resources are focused on ensuring that our constituents who have been negatively impacted by the criminalization of cannabis have the tools and resources they need to successfully rebuild their lives as well as creating pathways to employment within the legal cannabis industry.

About C.A.R.L.
Canine Adoption and Rescue League (CARL) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit all breed, no-kill dog rescue and adoption organization. Since 1996, CARL has rescued and placed thousands of unwanted, sick, abandoned, and homeless dogs. Dogs in our adoption program are placed in pre-screened, loving and secure homes. We make a lifetime commitment to all of our dogs.
CARL is located in Ventura County, California and primarily serves Ventura County dogs. Because of their lifetime commitment to their dogs they have a preference to place dogs locally so they are available to them if needed.
